Nathaniel is a creative problem-solver who advocates cleverly and convincingly for his clients. Though he has found his true calling as a litigator, Nathaniel's previous career in the arts grants him a unique perspective when faced with any commercial or corporate issue.
Before joining RAR Litigation, Nathaniel summered and articled at a national firm where he gained experience in Commercial and Construction Litigation, Labour and Employment, Regulatory and Administrative, and Intellectual Property, among other practice areas. He won the Excellence in Mooting Award at the 2018 Fox IP Moot and continues to coach the University of Toronto team participating in the Oxford IP Moot. During law school, Nathaniel managed the Artists Legal Advice Services Clinic and was an Associate Editor for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Journal.
Nathaniel is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Advocates Society. He holds a J.D from the University of Toronto, an M.A from the University of Toronto, and a B.A. from McGill University.
