As an associate lawyer at RAR Litigation, Bogdan provides his clients with responsive counsel that adapts to shifting challenges with steadfast support and practical advocacy.

Bogdan has extensive experience representing clients at various stages of the project lifecycle. In addition to advising a public utility company on construction matters, he has guided private developers through the development approval process and has worked on official plan amendments, zoning by-law amendments, site plan applications and aggregate licensing matters before the Ontario Land Tribunal (“OLT”).
