Combining her passion for litigation and a creative approach to file management, Francesca is a strong legal advocate in commercial litigation, mortgage enforcement, and real estate litigation matters. A member of RAR Litigation’s commercial group, Francesca began her work with the firm in 2021 as a law student, progressing to an articling student and now an associate. During her time with RAR, Francesca has honed her ability to tailor legal solutions, providing personalized counsel based on the desired outcome and details of each case.

In her role, Francesca regularly assists with litigation files by drafting, serving, and filing pleadings in all levels of court and various administrative bodies. She regularly collaborates with her clients and the wider RAR legal team to better position and strengthen legal claims.
