From 2015 to 2019, Kyle served as a Member of Parliament. Using this experience, he is able to advise clients based on his insight into the inner workings of all levels of government.

As a member of the RAR Commercial Group, Kyle offers expertise in securities, insurance, shareholder, construction, and employment disputes. He regularly works with financial services professionals, contractors and construction companies, shareholders, landowners, employees, and employers on a broad range of business and legal matters. He has represented commercial clients of all sizes, from sole proprietors to one of the largest companies in Canada. Kyle regularly appears before all levels of Court and Administrative Tribunals.
