Sara Mosadeq is a highly skilled litigator valued for her work in complex, high-stakes, real-time litigation. As a key member of RAR’s Commercial Group, Sara has represented developers in a myriad of disputes, such as claims stemming from breach of contract associated with multi-residential development projects. Sara also represents privately held corporations in contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and debtor-creditor disputes.

Sara has successfully argued motions, applications and conducted trials. She has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
